Peter Harris, CEO

Peter Harris is a seasoned executive and business operator. During his career, Peter has held the position of CEO or COO at several companies, including the largest domestic provider of executive office suites, a national staffing firm, the country's largest independent adult day care services provider, and the largest owner and operator of Jiffy Lube stores. He has also served as the senior executive of a firm charged with overseeing the operating initiatives and management teams of more than 35 portfolio companies in diverse industries held by a $6 billion private equity and investment firm. Peter first served as a corporate officer while working for the largest provider of hospice care in the U.S. In addition to executive roles, Peter has served on more than a dozen boards of directors for companies in service and manufacturing industries.

Peter received an honors undergraduate degree in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Political Science from Northwestern University and Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy.

 

David Porter, President and Chief Operating Officer 

David Porter has served as President of Pacific Interpreters since 2007 and also functions as the newly-appointed Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, he has developed three off-shore Spanish call centers and two redundant U.S.-based inbound call centers. In addition, David co-developed the scope of work for Pacific Interpreters’ state-of-the-art Call Center (CTI) application. Since David has managed Pacific Interpreters’ operations, the company’s revenue has grown over 20% each year.

David joined Pacific Interpreters in 2003 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role, he developed a plan that emphasized a “re-implementation” model to better serve existing customers, re-branded Pacific Interpreters, and oversaw the production of a branded dual-handset phone.

Prior to joining Pacific Interpreters, David served as the CEO of Annex Digital (Music Annex Inc,). He built Annex Digital into one of the San Francisco Bay region’s most prestigious sound recording studio complexes serving the advertising, television, film, Electronic Game, telephony, and toy industries. He marketed a wide range of professional services, including audio for video post-production, music recording, large scale cassette/CD replication, language localization, Interactive Voice Response voice prompt recording/programming, and the programming and development of electronic toys and games. In addition, David has held the role of chief executive and has served on the board of directors for several of the audio/video and recording industry’s professional trade organizations.

 

 

Tim Fielding, Chief Financial Officer

Tim Fielding joined Pacific Interpreters in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer. Tim’s responsibilities include managing all financial aspects of the business including financial reporting, internal controls, and treasury functions.  

During his career, Tim has held the position of CFO or CAO at several service-based companies, including one of the largest publicly-traded international hotel companies, a national staffing firm, and a healthcare company specializing in mammography. Tim spent the first ten years of his career at KPMG. 

Tim has a BBA and MS in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.

 

James Lodigiani, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing

James leads Pacific Interpreters’ sales and marketing activities for the Healthcare and Enterprise market verticals. He oversees all sales and marketing strategies, business approaches, sales processes, operations, and support areas.

Prior to joining Pacific Interpreters, James had a variety of successful experiences in growing sales and marketing organizations in leading healthcare organizations such as Merck & Co., Inc., McKesson, Cardinal Health, Smith & Nephew, and early-stage entrepreneurial companies in chronic wound care and healthcare IT fields. James has proven leadership in providing commercial teams with the right support and training to grow individual and team performance and a consistent track record of achieving annual revenue and profit goals.

 

   

Kevin Cadman, Vice President, Financial Planning and Strategic Development

Kevin Cadman joined Pacific Interpreters in 2011. He came to Pacific Interpreters with over 10 years of finance, strategic planning, and business growth experience in a variety of different fields of business. Kevin came to Pacific Interpreters from an early-stage educational consulting and coaching company based in San Francisco, where he was the Director of Finance and Planning for the last four years. Throughout his career, he has also worked for a variety of smaller, early-stage companies and medium-sized companies providing leadership with a focus on growth strategies and increasing profitability. 

At Pacific Interpreters, Kevin is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, planning and reporting functions, and is responsible for guiding cross-departmental decision making.

Kevin holds both an undergraduate degree and an MBA from the University of Oregon.

 

Peter Wild, Chief Technology Officer

Peter Wild joined Pacific Interpreters in 2010 as Chief Technology Officer. His information technology career includes a decade in executive roles, with more than 20 years of experience in various technology leadership roles within the financial and medical industries.

Peter specializes in leading IT professionals and cross-functional project teams; developing, implementing, and supporting technology programs; and planning and directing activities that provide innovative, cost-effective information technology and customer service solutions. In his current role, Peter is responsible for all of Pacific Interpreters’ security and technology infrastructure, technology initiatives, and software development.
